Your wedding will be the most photographed day of your life. Flash at the reception, harsh sun at the ceremony, candlelight at dinner, and your phone camera the next morning. A bridal look needs to pass every one of those tests, and that changes how I build it.
About flashback
You have probably seen photos where a face looks ghostly white under flash. That happens when sunscreen or certain powders bounce the light back at the camera. I keep those ingredients away from wedding faces completely, and every product I use on a bride has been tested under a real flash first.
Working for the lens
Cameras flatten faces. A look that seems finished in the mirror can disappear in photographs, so bridal work goes slightly deeper on structure, the cheekbones, the nose, the jawline, while staying natural in person. Finding that balance, dimensional on camera and soft across the dinner table, is where the experience shows.
The morning after
My favorite messages arrive the day after a wedding, usually some version of "I just woke up and I still look amazing." That next morning photo is the standard I build every look against, and it is the promise on the front page of this site.
